The majority of high-quality, risk-managed EB-5 projects offer annual returns (yield) ranging from .5% to 2%. This low yield is part of the exchange for access to quality projects that are focused on managing risk. Beware of high-yielding projects as they often incur higher risk factors.

International Students can now remain in the US for the duration of the EB-5 process - even if approaching expiration. Adjustment of Status can now be filed concurrently with EB-5, allowing you to reside, work, and obtain US travel documents.
